Empty promises and poor customer service

<p>It took two weeks for my claim to be registered. Now my phone has been at the repaire center for almost 2 weeks, on the 24th I received an SMS stating that the repairs have been completed. Each time I phone the call center for a delivery update, I'm told that people from the repaire center will contact me, and delivery take 3-5 working days. Today (02/03/2017) is my 6th day waiting for an update. My experience with Finrite has been unpleseant, I wouldnt recommand it to anyone.</p>
