empty promises

it's very disappointed to have to wait close to two weeks for a cellphone claim to be settled and just when you think it's finally settled then the devise is just been kept in their office and not dispatched to the courier service even though I was made to believe that it's dispatched, five days later still waiting even though I was provided with a waybill and the premiums are being deducted without fail....this is an apaulling service
