EDGARS - FINRITE - USELESS CHEATS

i purchased a cell phone from Edgars Bluff and i insured it as with Edgars who use Finrite as their insurers. I had filled in a claim in Aug to have my cell phone repaired and to date i have had no response from them. I have called them 15times thus far to no avail. during 1 call the operator told me that Ram had collected my cell whereas i had the cell in my hand. i have held on for around 45mins during 1 call and nobody answered me. during 1 call it was answered and kept aside and i heard the operators chat with other clients for almost 15 mins and when someone finally did take my call they just said hello and hung up the call on me. Edgars/Finrite deduct your insurance payment but are useless. i have no idea what more i can do as nobody is able to assist me. Edgars on the Bluff have since closed down and when i called the Galleria branch they too refused to assist and asked that i call FINRITE who is of no help....can anybody assist me resolve this matter...
