Edgars (Finrite phone insurance)

I bought a phone for R3000 I have paid R3744 on insurance I have sent my phone for repairs in August 2020 since then I continued to pay my insurance payment. I have spent R3000 trying to communicate with finrite about my phone I paid R500 access fee in total I have spent R7,244 for a phone that cost R3000 and I still do not have my phone back.
