Edgars Finrite Insurance is a ****!!!!!!!

Egdars and Finrite Insurance is a big ****!!!!!!!!!! I got a Nokia replacement phone which turned out to be faulty. After a week of getting the phone it was taken back to be fixed. When that was happening nobody called and inform me of the progress. I asked not to have the same phone coz of the Nokia problems I had. My request was denied even though I told them that I don't want the same Nokia. All my premiums were for nothing they can keep the phone. Their service is bad and hope their employees have better training coz they can't even listen when I explain.
