Double Excess

I have since app**** for an insurance in 2018 only in 2019 dec a consultant at finrite cancelled my insurance and i then took initiative and called them back they then reinstated it but on a 0 Amount. I then called many times to rectify it but nothing like that happened now i am claiming for a new phone i am being charged Double the access for somebody’s mistake.

I am not going to pay any double for something that was done by an *********** person.
