double debit query

they are best at making you hold and if you lucky, the feedback that you will receive will be misleading. Its a lie they never treat all customers fairly, with honesty and integrity. 3 months down I'm still waiting for feedback on a double debit query I raised on the 4th of May 2021 and it is still not resolved. I have submitted a claim and it hasn't been attended to. It frustrating because they don't care about the impact that their action on life.
