Don't not take insurance from vodacom

Worst insurance ever submitted a claim last year for my sons cell .. was told the claim his been rejected reason cause my son removed the sim a few days before it was ******.. I requested a call recording cause I wasn't informed or knew about that .. it's been 3 months now still no response everytime I call them my call gets dropped after giving them my details it's like they made a note of there system to drop the call.. still waiting for the the recording. Bad insurance
