DONT KNOW WHT THIER ALL DOING IY NOT EVEN GONNA LAST THIS STUPID JET

I took cellphone insurance with Finrite for the premium of R66.00 monthly We agreed to pay it via debut order they have been deducting their premium as per agreement. Recently I launch the claim and was told that they cannot find anything cellphone insurance under my name. I called several people from Finrite without and assistance the matter is been dragging since first week of January thill today still no help yet they keep deducting the premium.
