DON’T INSURE WITH FINRITE CELLPHONE INSURANCE!!!

They don’t even deserve 1 star! I made a claim for my phone through Vodacom on the 27th of September 2020. They keep changing the excess to 25% everytime my claim needs to be processed! I sent Ernest emails, he ignored me! I spoke to Alett and she confirmed its 15% then I went to Vodacom centurion mall and its back to 25%!!! I’m sick of their poor service! They make you hold on the line for an hour and then drop the phone! They are disgusting!!!!
