Don't be duped by Cell C and Finrite!

Finrite policies are offered from the supposecly reputable and trustworthy Cell C premises. They are promised to be fully comprehensive and hassle free. I paid premiums for several months before attempting to claim in October 2014. You cannot contact these people easily. Sometimes I've waited on hold for upwards of 30 minutes, only to be shunted around and even accused of dishonesty. My claim was repudiated on 3 occassions for 3 different reasons, all of which I produced evidence and documentation to refute their claims and prove my claim's legitimacy, and 6 months later they still avoid me hoping I will just go away. Is it right that this company may have an apparent operational policy to deny any and all claims automatically and see which customer has the tenacity to follow through and fight it? Finrite is an insurance company and should be prepared to bear risks and settle claims. Is it fair that they offer to shoulder a portion of this risk, calculate a premium based on this risk without any intention of ever settling a claim and even go to the extremes of accusing and insulting their clients to avoid paying any claims? This customer won't go away!
