Documents not received

<p>On the 11/08/2016 i submitted a calim through a foschini store to Finrite administrators as per web instruction for processs of submitting a claim, on not hearing anything back i decided to give Finrite a call on the 19/08/2016, now a week later, The guy i spoke dto advised the system updates claims 24-48 hours after received and they have not received my claim, i was requested to resend the claim, now how does it help if i resend the claim when according to Finrite they have not received the previous email which came from a store, i had to first spend 1 and a half hours at the store for my documentation to be filled out and submitted, i then had to spend half and hour on a call yesterday speaking to someone trying to get information on the claim, and for the cherry on top the guy i spoke to could see i was paying for two cell insurance however he could not pick up a policy of the one insurance, after seeing the complaints about Finrite i am extremely worried about how long it will take for this claim to be prcessed, extremely disappointed, and this is not the first time i have had a problem with Foschini third party claims and procedures.Will avoid buying cellphones from Foschini group in future.</p>
