DO NOT TAKE PHONE INSURANCE WITH TELKOM/ FINRITE
I have heard it with Telkom insurance finrite been trying to cancel insurance for more than 5 months now, i have sent multiple mails but they do not reply, this is my second complaint here on hellopeter they did contact me and the lady i spoke to said they have cancelled but i received my telkom invoice again today the insurance is still there and i do not even have that phone anymore im basically paying for something i do not have anymore and i do not owe telkom anything but keep taking my money for something that i do not need anymore
