DO NOT INSURE YOUR CELLPHONE WITH FINRITE

I was forced to select the star to write this review. I did not want to give Finrite any stars. I have a cellphone contract with Telkom who insure their devices through Finrite. My cell phone was ****** last Thursday and I have had no response whatsoever, Finrite's lines are impossible to get through to and you hold on forever. Telkom, who are one of their clients, give the wrong instructions ito how the claim needs to get processed, and when I finally got through to Finrite I was told I had to go back to the police station becasue an affadavit, not just a case number was needed. I acted on the new instructions and submitted all the documents and have had no sms, no call, no email. Since no one can be without their cellphone for extended periods of time, and Fnrite must surely know this, why are they not responding timeously to claims.? I am now forced to go back to Telkom to ring Finrite from there, becasue the number given for Finrite general enquiries goes through to Vodacom, who instantly cut me off when I told them that the number on the website is for Finrite. This after holding on for fiteen minutes. I have paid for cover for three years and now that I want to claim I get no response.
