Dissapointing service

My phone has been away for over a month even after paying the excess amount required it is still taking forever.

Can someone please communicate or atleast say when will the phone be ready?

It can't take so long to fix a cracked phone.

I'm highly disappointed because I have been phoneless for a while now.
