Disgusting services

Had our phones and tablet insured with vodacom insurance finrite. Been a continous problem. We send through the paper work more than 5 times only to find that they are not insuring the devices. When we put in a claim only to find the device not being insured. Then they ask for back payments which we pay and still no answers. And they make excuses upon excuses.
