Disgusting service from both telkom and Finrite

worst service ever....unprofessional....seriously carte Blanche should really investigate these ********. I took a contract with telkom who then recommended that i take insurance with finrite. I have never missed any payment, i have also paid excess fee twice. First i paid R439 and was told that my phone will be delivered shortly. After five days of not hearing anything from i called and more excuses were made. I then received an sms stating that i should pay a further R100 excess fee and i did after calling them to understand what was going on. They told me that they had made a mistake on my calculations. I was then told that i will be getting my phone today the 27/07/20 but still nothing. I called them again and they told me that Telkom was not responding to their emails. so now am i supposed to call telkom on their behalf or what.
