Disgusting service Finrite and Edgars

I have been calling on the following date: 07/01/2021, 3 repetitive calls with the following outcome: 1 call lasted 11 :07 min where someone answer but no assistance. i was following and listening to the background conversation of the consultants and got tired.2 calls lasted 8:13, got hold of a lady, she started asking questions, then suddenly the call went quiet and cut.3 call lasted 13:33and no one answer. Even if the volumes of calls are high, the client must be assisted in full and no one called me back. PAthetic expereice. I have a claim to the lodge but the service is disgusting. you wait long for a call to be answered then call gets cuts as it pleases the consultant and business.
