DISGUSTING SERVICE AND STILL NO ONE CALLING ME BACK

I am appalled at the service these people give, I put through a claim and I emailed them time and time again over a month period, with no responses and I even went into telkom to call them from Telkom and they promised to call me with a answer within 48 hours and it is now 5 days later and still no response on something they escalated. You can call and call and they keep saying it is in process, that's if you get to speak to someone because you hold for ages from one person to another... THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE USED.

I AM STILL HOLDING ON FOR AN ANSWER......

I THINK TELKOM SHOULD CHANGE THEIR SERVICE PROVIDER BECAUSE ULTIMATELY THIS IS TELKOM RECOMMENDING THIS SHOCKING BUSINESS. ***
