DISGUSTING SERVICE

I could write 5 pages about experience i have had with Finrite. i am utterly disgusted by the incompetence, poor service delivery. They are quick to pull premiums but can not even deliver.The staff at call centre is clueless needless to say unhelpful. as it is i have made more than 10 calls about my phone since i put in my claim. I have had to chase them around and practically beg them to do their jobs. i am fuming and utterly disgusted by this company and its staff, i cannot even write a full detail of what i have been through. TERRIBLY ANNOYED AND CANNOT WAIT TO CUT OFF MYSELF FROM THEM BUNCH OF LUNATICS.
