DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have an insurance on my phone, and want to claim it. So I call Finrite, and on my SIXTH CALL after waiting for 20 minutes someone answers. She then tells me that my claim only covers 2*** Rand, even though the BROCHURE IN MY HAND says im covered for 3*** Rand. After not believing me and trying to make me take the less coverage option (even though ive paid for over TWO YEARS), she tells me to email her a picture, which I do. Upon receiving the email, she then puts me on hold for OVER TWENTY MINUTES!!!!! and then comes back AND CUTS THE PHONE!! (The persons name is \Bronnicar: ). <br> I call back the next day FIVE TIMES
