Discraceful service, bad communication and no professsionalism

I made a cellphone claim in Oct 2020. Thereafter they kept quiet. I then called several calls and eventually weeks later they sent an sms which said my claim was successful and they were quiet again. Mid Dec I called yet againt and I was told to pay my access amount and they would sent me the necessary account details but nothing was sent. I called again towards the end of Dec and they gave me the account details and reference number to use. Thereafter they went quiet again, no correspondence whatsoever.

I have lodged countless complaints on their website, made plenty of calls and either didn't go through or the consultants kept sending me from pilar to post. April I called again and they said I will recieve a voucher for the cellphone claim ut to this day... Nothing!

I am appauled by their service and I don't see how big companies have themselves affiliated with such mediocre.
