Disappointing service
Service is so delayed... it takes 2 to 3 days to get you guys to do something for me. I provided you with all the necessary information. How long does it take to assist with claims??? you guys even sent me a waybill number that the couriers cant pick up. I cant believe you guys are so never nonchalant and cant give proper feedback.
