Disappointing Finrite

I have been calling and emailing Finrite since October to claim from my cellphone contract insurance. The employees that connect with me absolutely do not care about my query and when I try to call their contact number, the result is "you are not allowed to dial this number". I have blacklisted my cell phone in October and I still am trying to contact this insurance company. I feel like I'm being ****** and schemed
