disappointed with Telkom insurance

I called Telkom almost 2 months ago about a cellphone of mine which was lost. they told me to get an affidavit and email it to them. I am sitting phoneless after follow up phonecalls they keep telling me they will call me when they get it but still nothing. Can someone please contact me just to let me know how far this process is.
