Disappointed Customer - Cell Phone Insurance Claim with Finrite

I would like to express my really disappointment with finrite insurance, i have been helping my Aunt with her claim for cellphone with Finrite Edcon but with no assistance, we were told at the Edgars Store to email all necessary documents to *** and we did exactly that on the 08 October 2021. After that they kept on calling and say they did not receive the documents but i can see on the email that they have read the emails we have been sending. This is really frustrating when older person has to run up and down for cellphone claim, but when we register at the store we are told it is very much simple to claim but this event has turn not to be true than what we were told when we were registering for the cellphone insurance.
