DISAPPOINTED

I'm so disappointed last week I lost my phone that I bought at Game insured with Finrite + 3 years ago and I have never missed a payment but every time I claim I have to topup so I can get a decent phone mind you I'm paying R107 pm. It's not my fault that the phone that I was using is out of stock I should be getting a device that was released after the one I had and just pay access.
