Disappointed

I'm disappointed in this services . Why do I have to be the one following up on queries or start giving me all different answer even promising to call me.payments always on time. Heaven knows how long il wait to be reimbursed. For a claim. Now I'm left looking like a **** as my son awaits for his tablet to be replaced.
