Device Insurance cancellation

My name is Khululwa I'm requesting a cancellation form to the finrite Administrators and they are playing around with my mind and I want to cancel the insurance but they don't want to send me the form. those people are not right and if I go to Store they tell me to come back after 3 days they also don't have the form, while finrite Administrators tell me to go to the store they also don't have the form. I promise you finrite i will take this further if i don't get the form because i don't want your insurance anymore I want to cancel it.
