Device claim

Finrite telkom insurance is a bad insurance with rude sales assistance,My iPhone 7+ was ****** together with my wallet at jhb jozi on the 20th December 2019. I reported the matter to police and did an affidavit.i went to telkom store and advise on whati should they did their part and blacklist the phone but as for Finerite insurance they are telling empty promises. I have emailed my documents to them yet there is nothing which they are doing nor comminicating with me. I am tired of following them i pay my insurance on time ive never skipped. Their service is very BAD. I spent so much airtime calling them yet they are not getting back to m. They have a horrible service with empty promises. Im still waiting for them to tell me how much is the acces fee and other procedures that needs to be followed. HELP ME HELLO PETER
