Devastated customer
it has been over 1 month I have been trying to get some feedback from insurance finrite for my telkom cellphone that.was ******. I have been sending numerous emails and read receipts claim to be deleted and not read. I use my phone for work purposes and it has been difficult. I can't believe that when debating money for the insuarnce they are number one but assisting a customer they are so poor and ridiculous. I need urgent answers on my phone.
