Deposits made for claim but phone not delivered
Finrite approved claim and promised to deliver my wife phone within 5 working days. We made deposits towards claim of R520 as requested by finrite. Even today we still didn't receive a phone. I spoke to consultant named Lethlogonolo he claimed that Telkom changed their insurance administrators we need to engage them directly. I said no bcoz we already made payment to their account as instructed by them. Ref o: Tc039686 name Kgabo her number ***. I'm the husband trying to help my wife.

When i post complain i usually get this kind of feedback with no solution.
It's frustrating how you treat your customers.
You failed to deliver the phone within 5 days and now im still complaining about the same thing for two weeks.
This is so unfair
