Decline claim for insurance

I was at the wedding on the 25 September 2021. I was a **** of honor , have to take care of the bride so I couldnt hold my phone with me. I left my phone on the room we were given to sleep on Friday with the brides****. After the wedding I couldn't find my phone It was ******. I made a claim with finrite since I'm insured with them. They never gave me feedback untill I call them today asking for feedback since it's been 3weeks after claiming. They told my claim was decline. What's the use of paying my hard earned money for insurance Incase of lost/****** and they decline my claim and never even cared to alert me. I will fight them with everything I have untill they approve my claim. What a poor service .
