<p>I have cellphone contracts with Cell C and 2 of my phones are insured with C-surance which is administered by Finrite administrators. One of my phones got ****** and I submitted all the required documents. I have been trying to get hold of C-surance for over a month but they are not answering their phones. If they do happen to answer they make you hold for a very long time and drop your call without giving feedback. I've sent them a couple of emails and they are not responding yet I'm still paying them. </p>
