Day Light *******

I bought a phone at Game and insured it with Finrite Administrators. The phone fell and the screen cracked, I made a claim the phone was fixed only to find that the keypads are not working properly, informed them, the phone was collected in November. Ever since then, I have made follow ups I get stories. It has been 3 months without my phone. This is beyond bad service. I am so unhappy :(
