Day light *******

The insurance company could not repair my Sony experia C due to the mobile phone being discontinued in the market. By policy they have to replace it with a phone with similar features. On offer is a Samsung core 2 and Nokia lumia 630 this is a total down grade. Then they claim those are the only phones worth R3052,84 available. When I ask for a Sony they tell me to add R1000 to my cover to get their cheapest Sony aqua m2 which is R4900. This is day light ******* to start with why should I be coughing out more cash and why can't I get a Sony because that is the phone I had why should I down grade? These phone's features compared to Sony are a total reap off. Why can't they just give me a Sony experia and increase my premium? I'm so disappointed to the service in receiving I thought insurance was for peace of mind by clearly I was wrong
