Appalled by the customer service received . This company never answers their phones and when they occasionally do, please be prepared to be on hold for no less than 40 minutes before speaking to a consultant and if you’re lucky the consultant won’t drop the call while you are speaking to them . They never deliver on promises made . I was told my device would be repaired within 7-21 business working days , today marks day 21 and I have not received a cost evaluation. I called them last week to do a follow up and guess what , they had to ‘locate‘ my device because nobody knew where it was only to find out it’s been sent to the incorrect repair center . I am now expected to wait an additional 21 days for repairs. The service from Finrite/Telkom is honestly disappointing and I would not recommended their services
