****** and horrible service

<p>I had a very horrible experience with Finrite / Truworths cell phone insurance maybe I should call them Hollard. Its been a month now waiting for them to come back about my cell phone claim, I have been trying to call them but just before they answer they drop the call everytime when I call them... I spoke to Jenifer and Unathi both they running away from me they can't answer my questions on why my claim has been delayed. I am taking them to Ombutsman and will sue them where nececessary, my lawyers are in the process of taking over the claim</p>
