Cover for 5 Samsungs canclled without notice

<p>I have been a client of FInrite for ages and generally have been happy. However I doscovered recently that cover for 5 Samsungs has been cancelled without notice. I went to and fro to the Pretoria Brooklyn branch but the number ********** does not go through from Tuesday till todat Thursday 20th. I called Edgars customer service today and they told me the covers were cancelled because I exceeded number of times and threshold of amount to be claimed.</p> <p>I read the schedules and I cant see where this condition is stated. I am very disppointed in Finrite for doing this without explanation. I was anxious and went to and fro and made lots of calls in worry. So the phones that my children have are uninsured in this day and age of risky conditions. I re**** on Finrite for this kind of security.</p> <p> </p> <p>my ID 590 ********** 089</p>
