Correct my claim amount ASAP!!

Have put in a claim for my cell phone insurance, Was advised the approved amount is R5000 while I'm covered between R7500 - R10000. I was told it's been escalated but it's not 3 days no feedback and I'm getting sick and tired f dramas all the time when I have to make claim!! In June 2020 my benefit option changed as my new phone had a higher value, but their systems aren't in sync as I'm being billed the correct premium for the cover but the approved claim is for my old benefit option!! Please correct this ASAP I cannot affor the delays anymore, I don't delay when paying for premiums and you surely don't delay when sending the correct invoice of my benefit!
