Constant Pathetic Service

Absolutely Pathetic Service from this companys Call Centre. Always on the phone for more than 30 minutes. the first 3 minutes speaking to a consultant and then 25 min on hold and the attitudes of the call centre agents are pathetic. They do not know how to speak to people.
