Conned by Telkom and Finrite

I had a cat s60 cellphone from Telkom as contract and insured by Finrite when it was lost in September 2020 and forth and back sending emails to *** and calling eventually I was told its approved and conned to pay about R1250 access amount with promise of a new device in seven days its 2 months still waiting no call no message nothing my name is David Moloi and was coned by Telkom and Finrite is there anyway to get help
