Conmplaint

My name is Siphindile Zindela I bought a cellphone at Hi store Maponya . My phone got lost and i had to claim but Finrite is making things very difficult for me ,its been days but I have not got any feedback from them. I am so frustrated and angry because I use my phone mostly at work so now I lose a lot of things because of a phone. whenever I go to the store they make calls and ask to speak with superiors they are always unavailable either they went out for lunch or they didn't report at work. I just don't understand why they treat us like this because they deduct money for insurance
