Disgusting customer service!!!
I have NEVER in my life spoken to any customer service person who was so condescending! It is actually disgusting.
You spoke to me like I was a complete idiot. I hope someone treats you the same way you just treated me.
Finrite, you should look at your HR processes more carefully.
