Completely ignores request to cancel insurance

<p>Unfortunately this will be my second review on the issue. </p> <p>Cell C/ Finrite insurance completely ignores cancelled my insurance and continues to charge me monthly fees. </p> <p>Their channels of contact are poor at best. Any response I have had is nothing more than automated emails feigning at addressing my my query within 24 hours, but it's been a week.</p> <p>The issue was supposed to have been resolved I've a month ago after having to result to Hellopeter for help (see previous review) </p> <p>And yet I am still being charged. It is incredibly frustrating!!!! Cell C you suck</p> <p> </p>
