Complete ******* take your higher premium and don't honor the value you pay for!

These guys are complete *******! You get told by Vodacom the premium you are needed to pay for the replacement of your phone. I realise the phone prices change but they should at least honour the bracket you have been paying. No so... you pay for over a year for the replacement bracket of R5000 to R7500 and when it comes time to claim they will only honour an R4000 replacement. So what happens to the excess in premiums you have been paying. They then try and lay the fault with you saying you need to ensure you have been covered for the right amount - I take the phone and the upgrade from the Vodacom shop in Watercrest when they say this is the value of the insurance you require so you say yes. I don't sell cellphones how can I be expected to know the changing cellphone prices??? I am the customer surely I should believe the advice provided by their staff?
