Complaint

I took out cellphone insurance via Edgar's long ago, I decided to close my Edgar's acc so I called finrite, to no success. I eventually closed my Edgar's acc but I still wanted to keep the insurance, tried calling them again, no response, saw a whatsapp number on their website, sent them a message and was told someone will call, till today no call. I really didn't want to start new insurance, but now I have no other choice.
