The service at finrite is bull **** have submitted a claim 2weeks ago and they say it will take 48 hours for them to process the claim yet its 2weeks now with out a phone call or sms but they are happy when debiting my money but they can't solve our ploblems Telekom insurance has un qualified staff members who don't know anything about customer seevive
