Complain

I have put up a claim with TFG for a lost phone and received sms stating that there's a form missing, which I sent but continued receiving the same sms. End of September I got an sms status that my claim was diclined but on my statement they are still debiting a premium. I'm shocked because my device is lost and which device is covered. I'm unhappy
