Kindly note my phone Hauwei Y5 2019 was collected by RAM on the 24th of March 2020 from Hi store Maponya Mall, and the courier car got hijacked and I didn’t receive any news and I am waiting for a phone which might not be there. My problem is i am not getting a way forward from the insurance company on how i will gt my phone and when, i have a contract with them n not RAM.
